Well guys due to the fact that people don't know how to drive these days, my Beloved S13 has been totaled on the high way on Sunday January 14.

Basically it went like this. I drove my sister to work in the morning and on the way home while maintain the speed of the traffic which was about 80mph, and of course every one kept their distance do to the fact that it rained and snowed during the night, some jack *** still decided to show off with his daddies mercedes and yes believe it or not the car was his daddies heh. He started merging in and out of traffic like a mad man. Upon coming up to me I realized that this dude is an idiot and I slowed down, no way in hell am I’m going to drive like an idiot with my car knowing that it might be slippery cause it just snowed, but the dude proceeds to cut me off. Well in doing so he clipped the front end of my car sending me in to the concrete median at about 80mph bouncing off and sliding across all three lanes and hitting the right side median. Fortunately I’m ok I’m due to the fact that I wore my seat belt. But unfortunately the car isn’t. All Mechanical parts are in perfect condition.

So due to this tragic ending I am parting out my 1990 240sx SOHC KA24ET. Note all these parts are less then 1000 miles old. And is a direct bolt on to the KA engine, already modified and ready to go.

I have

Gladman SOHC Manfifold with T3 Flange and a 38mm wastegate flange - $250Gladman Downpipe with the Wastegate dump tube and 5 bolt flange $250Sold together for $450

I used a tial wastegate with the down pipe and manifold. I would like to sell the manifold and down pipe together due to the fact that they are a perfect match if using a tial wastegate and a 5 bolt turbo.

Tial like wastegate with a 8.70 Tial Spring - $90Note this is not a real tial waste gate but I did put in a real tial spring. This waste gate will hold 8psi with out a problem.

I also have 2 Nismo seats with Nismo harness, with brackets - $350The brackets are already attached to them ready to be put into a S13. These are also the brackets that make your seat about an inch taller. Now I don’t know how authentic the seats or the harness are but I can vouch my life on them. I hit the wall three times first one at 80mph and I walked out of it with out a scratch. Im asking only 300 bucks for all of this.

KA24E SOHC Upper and Lower intake Manifolds - $90.Now you might ask what’s so special about these. Well all the emissions crap and the secondary butter flies have been striped off of these, and all the egr and UN necessary vacuum holes plugged up. NO LEAKS.

Turbo Work Ebay Intercooler - $100Now this inter cooler has not been damaged I hooked it up to the compressor last night and tested it at 30psi. Not one leak, some of the fins got bent but I straightened them out so its all good now. This is also a huge IC Dimensions coming soon.

Sport Max 002 16in rims with a 37 off set Black never used - $500

If you have any questions feel free to hit me up on

AIM: pijaczek18Email: [email protected] am also located in Lake Villa, IL if anyone wants to do a local pick up.

Also I will have pictures of all items with a day or two. Also Im not completely out. I still have a 1983 280zx and a RB20 engine chillen in the garage, so hopefully this part out will let me finihs up the project.

Thats a real bummer Mike...I still expect you to visit KAT until your next project gets underway. But we'll have my project to work through until then. I expect many long AIM sessions...

If people don't jump on these deal then they're missing out big time.

Wow man that sucks. Glad to hear your ok. Is this the car that ran on E85?Also, are you going to get some sweet insurance money out of this, or are they going to pull that "you should have your vehicle under control at all times" BS on you? (Ive had that before when someone pulls out in front of you and you get in a little fender bender).

Well just cause I'm ok doesn't mean I'm not fuped. I currently have a million and one doctor appointments, my lawyer is on stand by and I'm going to be such a d!ck sure them for all they are worth. Cause I loved my car and it crashing like that is like taking someone away from me. I put way too much work and hours into this car to just let it got and be like it's ok. I don't care if people think I'm a d!ck for suing this kid, but he wants to be an idiot well his got another thing coming. Oh and daddies crashed car lol.

Man, I'm sorry to hear about that... It's a shame how ignorant some drivers can be. I hope that you have better luck w/ your future projects! I hope that you stick around b/c within the next 11 months or so I'm going to be starting my SOHC turbo project, and I might need some advice lol... One of the sohc turbos goes down, another goes up...

so, you're not selling the turbo? And if only I hadn't wiped my car budget on a BRM exhaust, I'd look into your turbo mani...

Hey that Mani and Downpipe are an excellent combo. With the turbo, Mani, and DP I saw like an instant 5psi at 3k rpm it was insane, and that was when I was tuned really rich.

I hope that you get back all the money that you put into it, and maybe that kid will learn not to be such an idiot while driving...

Well the interior was stripped and sold a long time ago. I had the back end done up nicely with dyne mats and carpeting no seats or anything.

I wouldn't think you're being a d!ck at all if you sued the pants off that kid. He deserves it. Try and get more cash by saying the car was also a research project, running it on E85 and you were going to sell your research or something, and now you can't. I hope you get rich man.

Well, the basis of a tort is that there is intention and injury. They showed intent by driving in a dangerous manner and injury is clear. The fact is that the common law system exists as it is for the obvious reason that when someone commits an act like this they are punished, or at least meant to atone for their negligent actions. While you will not likely see punitive damages, which is what you are after, your compensatory damages are a given. You need to know if your state is one that pays on 100% fault or comparative fault. Your bills will be paid and your car will be covered. I would doubt that you would be paid any sort of punitive damages simply because it is not often done. Usually a wrong has to be fairly heinous. While we all feel that this is, the Court will likely see things differently.

Then again, take it for what it's worth. I am not a lawyer, just a 'hobbyist'.

Yah we got the guy and everything. It was a kid driving his dads car. And yah I'm aware of how the law works. If any charges are pressed we more then likely wont even go to court but the insurance companies will take care of it all. And yes I am right now working on having pictures of everything for sale up.
