it came with the turbo. it looks like a custom piece.

use the inlet of the turbo to make a template. Then use some 1/4" thick mild steel stock and cut out a flange. Get a piece of 2 1/4" piping or whatever it is and have a small 2-3" section welded onto the flange. Should have an inlet adapter for just under $20. ...this is worst case scenario of course if you can't find one
