1st Gen Mitsu BOV with flange 50-75. They work great and can be found for cheap, even a 2nd gen isn't bad.

those are pretty good prices for the starion IC and the T3/T4. I had my full exhaust done for 80 bucks though.;) If you're gonna spend that much money on a BOV though, I'd get an HKS SSQV. You can trust that your engine isn't gonna bog out on ya.

You can get the FMU at superchargersonline.com for $145 (last time I checked). I think they have the discs, too.

I hear the Vortech FMu and RRFPR aren't very very trustworthy. I've read on other car tech boards that the a/f ratio can vary up to 4 air per fuel.

The megan racing exhaust seems nice for now, but no one has had one long enough to see if it lasts through weather changes. I live in VA too, so you know what I mean.

The Greddy type S BOV have been prone to leaking. Might want to think about going the redirecting valve route. You won't get the bling of the atmospheric sound, but it would help with performance.

Sorry if this is a bit late. Just thought I'd put my $.02 in. Everything else seems good to go though. If you're planning to run a high boost, don't forget to get the injectors, and either a new MAF or hack it.

Where in VA are you at?

well...the setup has changed...i'm going to be running an Apex-i S-AFC, Walbro 255, Garrett T3 Super 60, TurboXS RFL, Spearco FMIC...only that's been changed...and what can i do about fuel injectors as i have a KA24E, i need top feed injectors...what do i do if i want higher flowing injectors? btw, i have a spare engine, i was thinking about getting the intake manifold from that engine extrude honed...what kind of gains am i looking at with a boosted application? im in va beach...but i have a lot of friends up in NoVa

before you touch the intake manifold, i would port and polish the head, you dont want to create a longer path for the air to flow. After you port the head then port match the intake manifold. Thats just my thought. If you need someone to do this for you my shop can. Email me with questions [email protected]

Injectors on the ka24e - you can use stock injectors on the CA18det. They're 370cc, so you may want to hack your MAF or get another one...I dunno what MAF swaps are compatible with the sohcs, but they shouldn't be too different from the DEs.http://nicoclub.com/zerothread?id=33379 ... njector%2A

someone sells a side mount fuel rail for the e too...I saw it on a site today but can't find it. I think it was one mentioned in the SCC where they mentioned places that sell manifolds for the DE
