my turbo is acting weird

hey anyone can tell me what is going on with my turbo. when i am driving it seems like air is shooting back or something because i am holding the gas and its like i cant push it any further so i just shift so it goes away. this happens in different gears and different rpms. when i am just driving fast or even slow.

Chris I was just going to pawn this one off to the appropriate engine forum. This seems like an odd problem.

Well if you know the answer, by all means go for it. I wouldnt know if it was turbo related or not thats why I was gonna ship it. But if he never replies back I guess its irrelevant..lol
