Very nice... I've been considering tackling the paint job myself when I get ready to give my Z a facelift.

Like the temp paint booth. What kind of paint did you use? I didn't see that in the thread.

Just got back from Zdayz. It was Epic! The car did amazing on the way there and back and 3 runs on the Dragon! Was a bit rainy on most days, but was still a blast... and I ended up taking 1st place in the Z32 Mild category Super Stoked. Here is a video of the car at the show and a few pics from the trip.

Very cool! I'm definitely going with this one! Not too flashy but still a race (rice?) front bumper, which is what I'm after. Looks perfect!

But a question- I see that your dual intakes are exposed in your bumper opening, no problems with turbulence?

You can feel a little bit if coasting, or if a Semi passes by you when you are in 5th (low rpm). I've thought about the flower pot mod, just have been working on buttoning everything up for the show. I'd like to hide the filters a bit anyway... my buds call them the Blue Buckteeth

Straight up honest. I think it looks cool like that. Sorta the way an old muscle car would have the filters and blower sticking out of the hood. Jus say'n

You can just loosen the clamps at the hardpipes and rotate the filters up into the area above the opening and the plastic shroud, and put a couple of studs through the filters into the shroud and it all stays tight and out of the turbulent air below. No reason you couldn't rotate them back down at any time to go "Buck Tooth" in the future...
