well, not completely

one of the linkage arms that folds/unfolds the front bow broke its rivet off. Since it was late in the day when I discovered this (kept wondering why the top would only go so far up and then just stop), I decided "Screw it. I'll take it down to the shop and deal with it tomorrow". With the pump set to manual control, I manhandled it back into place without losing any digits. Tomorrow, I'll drill the old rivet out and look into either replacing it or just putting a bolt in there.

i've considered it, but no way. i had to drive my 5-speed saturn around today...UGH...i've lost the love for manual transmission cars. i'm now absolutely positive that's the reason why i lost interest in my first 240. shifting gears isn't as fun as it used to be.
