hey guys i finally found some cams alittle bigger then the tomei 270 which i bought. these are brand new and un-opened in the packages. i waited along *** time for these. like since december. these are a direct drop in cam. no adjustable cam gears required and tomei says they are suitble with stock valve srpings. these will be loud at idle and a lumpy idle but you can expect massive power gaines from them. they just wouldnt cut it for my application. i paid 575 shipped for them. i'll let them go for 525 shipped anywhere in the country. so if your gonna be using a big turbo or looking to extend ur redline these bad boys are for you. and for anyone wondering i know have 288 degree cams and 9.2mm lift :)

With that much camshaft leads me to believe you're trying to run 9 seconds or less! How much lift is on the tomei shafts? My new cam specs are as follow: Intake 276* with a 0.438" lift and exhaust 268* 0.430" lift and I think this is more than enough camshaft to support my quest for a 10 second daily driver. Well good luck with your set up! My goal is 450whp out of my highly modified stock-bore engine. And 450whp pulling a 2200lb car should suffice, you think?

hey a guys gotta have his little secrets right? toda makes a 288 cam. hey make cams all the way to 304.

i am trying to build myself a 10 sec car. i want to trap in the 135-140 range. i'm going for 550 with just motor and turbo. then i have a 150 direct port on top of that. ultimate goal is going to be plus 650 hp. i have been talking to a guy in japan with a full tune ca18det. hes teh one that told me the tomei 270 cams arent going to be enough for what i am after. i will be starting out with a t04r but evenutually i will be utilizing a t51r kai ball bearing. looking to switch to that in about july.

Big Boost= Big Bucks! Go ahead and represent and we'll hold the fort down on the poor folks end:D If you're using a true T04 then you're going to need those drugs to wake that engine up down low. Keep us informd on how the build is coming along.

Still have the Tomei Cams for sale? Will I need a solid lifter kit or valve springs to ensure the higher RPMs?Speaking of valve springs... anybody know where they are available here in the states?
