my timing is off on my ka24e

ok here is whats up

my ka24e is making a popping noise in the intake i did everything to the timeing but now the last thing i can think of is that the chain has jumped a tooth and this is where i get lost . how do i line everything up ? do i need a new chain? please help me out later haffa
