i had an issue with one of my rear endlinks that most likely was an installation error and the customer service i received from Joe at racingline was second to none. I seriously sent one email explaining my problem not expecting to be compensated anything and a couple days later the part i needed arrived at my door. I also included in my email i would glady cover shipping charges and got shot down for that. Two thumbs up to RacingLine Performance for going above and beyond customer satisfaction and i would highly recommend using them for quality parts and great customer service.
