you need to do more research on prices, you can get those parts for much cheaper then that.

agreed, some of those prices are a bit high (motor mounts, oil pan and fuel pump stand out especially as overpriced)

The prices i have there are with tax included from enjukuracing. i know the motor mounts have gone down some i just haven't changed it on my list. i don't have to pay shipping with them either cause i live about 30 minutes away from their shop. thank you though

Looks pretty complete, check out http://www.importhorizon.com/fidanza.html for the flywheel, it's where I got mine: $300 shipped certainly beats 400 something.

at http://www.importhorizon.com/fidanza.htmlwhy is the flywheel for Nissan SR20 2.0L lighter and less expensive than the one for the Nissan SR20DET, what's the difference between the two.

I'm guessing that's for the fwd sentra sr20de, and the sr20det one is probably the rwd silvia one. I would check with them to verify though, they have an online tech help on aim: Import Horizon that should be able to help, or e-mail them.

I suggest NOT doin the harness wiring by yourself.....It'll look like a mess under there and You'll want it fixed within a year anywayz....it'll just be more of a hassle at that point.....send it to Heavy Throttle they'll re-wire it for $100

91 B13 Sentra SE-R Spark Plugs $
Sentra SE-R plugs are for the NA motor. Even at stock boost, your motor will melt those things in no time. Get some Bosch F5DTC. The whole set will run you less than $20.

NGK makes some good plugs too. I tried contacting them for a recommendation on turbo plugs and never received a reply back. They do offer them in the colder heat ranges, and they might be slightly cheaper than the Bosch plugs.

Other than the plugs, the list looks good with regards to parts. I hope that you're able to find a good motor. When you do have the money, take your time. It's worth it to wait a month or so to get a motor from someone who has sold many of them.

Are you kidding me!? A can wire up an S13 harness in my sleep. By far the easiest part of the swap. Mine also looks better than the factory harness and will last longer. Just solder, heatshrink, and wrap everything. Take your time and you harness will be baller.

yea i really do want to do the wiring myself, because if even if it does take a while i'll know how everything is setup and that way if something goes wrong i at least will know the exact setup and where to start looking. is the diagram on the heavythrottle site accurate?

What exhaust are you goin with? More than likely thats another $500 right there for 3" catback. Also, I would recomend some rocker arm stoppers, are you planning on going stock boost? If not your going to need a boost controller, and then a turbo timer. A metal head gasket wouldnt be a bad upgrade either.

When you send your wiring harness to heavy throttle, you need to send your KA wiring harness and your sr20 wiring harness to them?

Wouldn't hurt to do some basic maintenance while you've got the motor out. Such as:

All manifold and turbo assembly gasketsFront & Rear Main SealOEM WaterpumpFuel lines, vacuum lines, etc.O2 sensor (normally not included with engine)My custom intake pipe was custom fabricated for $40

Some people around here do not like aluminum flywheels for higher hp applications.

What are your HP goals?

yea the basic maintenance does sound like a good idea, i was already planning to change the fuel line and vacume lines but i guees the gaskets would be a good idea. i'll be running the stock turbo for a while so i'm looking between 230 and 240 hp eventually with boost controller and all. i'm more into the auto cross type thing instead of drag, i don't understand about the flywheel, i though since it's less rotating mass it helps you rev faster, why wouldn't you want that on a high hp vehicle?

Yes, they require both harnesses.

With really high horsepower vehicles, the flywheels can get going so fast that the clutch has a hard time clamping onto it at higher RPMs. Also in some applications, the revs will drop quickly in between shifts which kind of sucks for drag racing.
