oK i got a stillen lip off of a fellow Alti' member.Test fitted for now just to gauge my fellow NICO'ers opinions:(blocked out my "stolen SHWAG" as LBC would say)...honestly im kinda digging the black lip, maybe low-gloss black would look better. but i want your opinions ppl..

the way the suns hitting the hood makes it look waaaay lighter than it really s.thanks for your votes everyone!

WOW you should keep the black lip, it looks really unique and it gives you a different look for the altima coupe

Plus you have a very nice blue/black theme going on.. like your rims, and your cf hood makes the black lip color match more.

next mod = black out headlights? or black/cf eyelids?

looks super clean bro keep it up

Keep the middle part black (below the radiator openning) and the sides blue! I was going to do that with mine, and might still do that. makes it look better.

If you didn't have the hood, I would've said paint it blue, but with the CF hood it looks pretty good in black!

I've actually thought about that! i thought about wrapping them in CF buuut im afraid i might do a shotty job.i actually have left over spray-on tint, i ripped off my old overlays and painted them, AND IT CAME OUT SOOO MUCH BETTER!! i recommend this to anyone thinking of smoking their tails..of course i blacked mine out AGAIN but left the reverse light clear.

I think the way its painted now is too much of a contrast with the same black as the carbon fiber hood. I think it should match or paint it the same color as your car. I think that would look cleaner.

what I think would look good is paint the lip blue and paint the carbon fiber hood blue BUT leave the fins (or air ducts... what ever you want to call them) in the hood CF. I was never a fan of the 2 tone look. my opinion is that it makes cars look like a POS that were in an accident and have parts from the junk yard and just didnt get a chance to paint yet.... sort of how riced out civics will be white with a red door and a green fender and black hood lol so just having black air ducts in the hood is nice and will match the rims. any more 2 tone then that and it doesnt look good in my opinion

Im gonna have to go with the color match, but that is not to say the gloss black isnt nice because of the hood (which Im not a big fan of personaly) if it where me, Id color match:)

keep it black, looks like the car is lower IMO. This is something I might do with the side skirts black also, gives that continuous line around the bottom.

if the bottom of your c-mod was gloss black i would say keep it..but since thats matched to blue then i think the blue should be matched also..you got enough black/blue so just keep it clean now

...Lock the poll please !!OK, GLOSS BLACK IT IS!! -THANKS FOR ALL YOUR INPUT EVERYONE, YOUVE BEEN very-VERY HELPFUL! Constructive criticism, yep appreciate those too!

-You are so spot on nismogxs, this would set me apart from other azure a/c's. skirts and rear bumper will be next, it might be awhile but it'll happen.im more into performance mods than the cosmetics, but i wont pass up a deal! now im not sure if i should paint my eyelids black or if it look better if i take those off and tint the entire top half of the headlights(ambers)..leaving the hi and low beam areas clear of course!...Thanks again!

yes it does, your the only mameber now. i just got tired of looking at the "lifting" overlays, so i yanked them off (no adhesive left behind). i had the reverse light areas masked off and the whole tails blacked out!! so its still dark -BUT- i get more light shining through the spray-on tints!!! its a much cleaner look imo..not to mention SAFER too, would suck to get pulled over for my tails and not be able to just peel'em off tho! thats the only con. I like the lip black, but I think the side skirts would look horrendous anything but the same color. Problem is the side skirts go up pretty high past the door and I think would look really goofy if those were black. If the side skirts were on continuous height and not so tall then maybe. My grandpa has a volvo s40 thats cream color but has grey ground effects and it looks really nice.
