Yesterday 10 minutes after I left home I got an email from stillen/fedex on my blackberry saying it was dropped off, why couldnt I have just waited 10 extra minutes before I left!

Anyways box was secure and packed tight!

I got the Gates Belt as well...

The pulley weighs in at 1lb 1.3 oz and looks like another quality STILLEN part.

I may be able to get it installed tomorrow, if not it will be very soon.As always I will keep you guys posted!

Guys get your minds out of the gutter... First off this is a 15lb max scale, it doesnt go to a fraction of a gram which is the type of scale a "bad person" would use.

This is my EBAY Scale! I sell loads of crap on ebayUsername: "hookedupstang"

Weighing my own packages and printing my own labels saves me hours at the post office and is actually cheaper!

I dont have all the tools to do the install myself, so I will be bringing it to my Nissan Tech (Joe!) to be installed, maybe he can "lead me thru" the install.. I will try best to help/do the install but if he gets frustrated hes just going to push me out of the way so I stop wasting time lol...

3ugene, the 2.5 pulley came out a few days before the 3.5, thats why I have mine first.

Stillen and Racingline decals, both of them have been very good to us!

Ok, so I finally had a chance to install my Stillen Lightweight Pulley in my 2.5 CVT today.

Installation was somewhat straightforward and with my Nissan Tech's help it was completed without a lift (with the front end lifted slightly on wood blocks) in around 40 minutes.

My tech was amazed at the amount of weight reduction, and the snug fit of the quality Stillen machinery of the pulley.

It is raining here, so I didnt really get a chance to test it to its full capabilities, but I immediately noticed a slight decrease in the response time from a stop.

The way I can describe it in laymans terms is that it seems as if the car was waiting and ready for me to press the gas from a stop rather than responding after the gas was pressed.

I will post up further "on the road" impressions once I get some dry road here in NY.

there is a slight difference with the pulley, nothing dramatic, i did a before and after with the dynolicious and went from 7.58 0-60 to 7.34 0-60....and this was done during the winter. thats all i really did, my fastest quarter mile time was 16.07 and that was before my pulley was installed, hopefully i can get hit 16 flat or under now, but i'll have to wait and see. i did post up a thread about this in the engine section a while back in march

Heheh mustang joe (my tech) also known as "dirty joe" is doin great! He just chopped up another mustang in 2 days for parts and the 750hp+ (no nos or FI)blue beast hes working on is nearly completed, just waiting on some rotors.
