So I ordered the Stillen front fascia during their black friday sale in Nov. I get home from school on Monday night rush to my garage and see part of the fascia sticking out of the box. I open the box and it looked like a 2 year old had just thrown all the pieces in the box. There was no padding what so ever and there were two cracks in the fascia, and one of the side skirts was bent. I'm not tryin to knock anyone that has the fascia but it is horrible quality. They said that they would send me a new one but after I looked it over I realized that if it couldn't make it to me in shipping it won't last very long on my car. If this wasn't my daily driver I would consider putting it on, but since it is I'll stick with the ugly honeycomb I guess. I'll post pics when I transfer them over to my new computer. (Macbook pro, just got it last night)

Yeah, my skirts were bent a little too but that's to be expected when you pack a polyurethane piece inside a box. But no real worries there since this stuff is pretty flexible.

With polyurethane I really don't think you will have to worry about durability issues; if it were fiberglass then yes I would agree with you that it's best to not install on a daily driver, but polyurethane is no different (quality and durability wise) then your OEM parts. I am surprised that it was packaged poorly; from my understanding shipping companies in there warehouses have to move and load so many packages in so many hours and if not they get canned, also I've heard that writing "fragile" on the box is wasting your time and they treat it no different then any other package.

I work in the freight business and I have to say that the shipper should try their best to describe whether its fragile or not and package it really well. Please keep in mind that there are bigger packages that probably ride along with smaller ones. While in transit, packages/ freight in a trailer would be constantly moving and shifting around.
Kind of like when youre done with grocery and when getting home you noticed that your cereal box is crushed cause you bought a lot of boxes of soda

I've learned that big and/or fragile goods do not ship well around this time of year. Last year I bought 2 tower speakers in late Nov/early Dec. One was shipped across country the other about 4 states away. The cross-country speaker did not survive; the box looked like it exploded and the top of the speaker was destroyed from being thrown to the ground about 15 times too many. The speaker 4 states away had a small section of the top chipped (not enough for me to send it back unfortunately). The next set of towers I ordered in Jan or Feb arrived in perfect condition (non-xc). So this year it is now only "sturdy" items to ship (clothes, discs, etc) via UPS/FedEx. All the fragile stuff can wait until after the freight-fest.

I worked in a packing wearhouse and from my understanding some people just suck a** at packing. Also ups tends to throw their stuff around when loading their trucks.

I hit a raccoon while driving 90 mph .. it tear up the plastic covers under the bumper, cracked my headlight.. and scratch the hell of out my stillen fascia.. BUT no crack nor was the fascia bend in any way..
