my stereo won't work when replaced gauges

i have a 1990 coupe with the hud and it didn't work even when i fixed the capacitior, so i replaced it a jdm analog cluster. everything works on the cluster correctly but the door light won't go off. there was 33 wires to the hud and 27 to this one. when i cut the wires to one of the connectors, i heard a click and every thing went dead. now the interior lights wont work and more importanly my stereo has no power, whats wrong?

Check the fuses in the drivers side kick panel seems like one ( or more ) kicked the bucket.

i checked my fuses and that was fine and i replaced it any way and theres still no power.
