My Sr Wont Start NEED HELP PLEASE!!!

Ok i swapped in my sr from another 240 it ran and now that i put it into this hatch back it wont start at all, i already hecked for spark, compression, and fuel, so im really out of ideas now any ideas will be apriciated, also when im cranking the engine it make a pop pop noise once in a while i been messing around with the CAS iv been following the frsport manual and no good so please I need some help been working on it for days now

ECU is shooting a code 55

couple of things it could be...

timing if you opened up the valve cover.

check all the connections to the ECU especially those to the CAS

Looks like your timing is all screwed up. Triple check your CAS and timing chain.
