My sr wont start but it cranks i think its the injectors! ive searched plz help

I have a 89 s13 with a blacktop in it now. the wiring was brand spankin new and i wired the thing myself. well it cranks just fine, now the only problem is that it does not start. i checked the fuel pump and it primes the system correctly. the timing is correct and the spark is fine.

so my guess is the injectors. well i took it off and turned it upside down and turned the key and nothing sprays out of them. theres plenty of pressure in the line so it means that there is plenty of fuel. my guess now is that wither the injectors are bad or the wiring going to them is not sending signal.

***My question is: how do you test if the wiring going to the injector is in proper working order( is there anything i could of done to the harness it self to cause this as i only followed exactly what FRsports.com diagram said to do) and could all my injectors be bad?

Alright so i just pluged a pos and a neg wires to each injector and they spray fine, so i know now for sure its the wiring. so how do i fix this problem? keep in mind the wiring is brand new

I'm thinkin igniter chip may be bad....search its been covered before

What ECU do you have can you give me the number off the case.
