Been learning plenty on the forum finally decided to stop being lazy post a pic. And get some suggestions. So ive already tinted windows added trunk and roof spoiler.Got window visors from weather tech and i got 6000k hids low and fog. I put the drill slotted rotor kit off ebay that was reccomended on the forums. lowered the car on espilar springs and have 08 Fx 45 20" wheels on it. Ive also purchased an 08 grille and bumper but im debating on doing the bumper swap or just putting the grille and factory lip kit. im currently painting the grille same color as car while leaving some chrome. im looking into switching to coilovers but having hard time picking brands and finding prices except on ebay. Also buying some after market wheels considering 22" but leaning towards 20" to get use out of coilovers. please leave opinion or suggestions. will be deeply apreciated. O and i painted the rear bumper so its one color looks better IMO.

Looks clean!! Wheels look great as is, dont spend on another set! I would spend that $$ on coilovers as you are sitting too high up front! Spoilers matching good, never been fond of smoking out taillights but you did a light tint to them kinda matches the window tint... Can't see the window visors well from this pic either. You painted the rear bumper? You mean the bottom black plastic?? I think it looks better, yes.... The front bumper upgrade to 08+ would set it off nicely!! :dblthumb:

Thanks for the positive feedback. You've already been plenty of help. Just getting this post up. I didn't like my taillights at first they were to dark but as the paint cured it lightened up which made me extremely happy. I'm First gonna do the coils an then see how I feel about switching wheels. The thing about the 08 front bumper swap is I still need lots of things I'm hearing the 06 fogs will fit but some say no. With the money I'll spend on that I can sell my front bumper and put the money together n get the lip kit. I also want those signal mirrors what u think about those. I'm scared they'll look cheap in person.

i like the fx rims do they sit flush with the car? could you post a down pic over the tire please? the 08 front bumper would kill it, i do love the color already which makes it unique with the 08 front bumper. good job!

Thanks for the compliments. As for the tints sadly. The police here are strict with tints. Been to court so many times fighting tiny tickets. So I have my rear window 20% and the sides are 37%. I hate it so dam much. I'm thinking of going darker and risking it or tinting the windshield 50%. Will see. I'll get them pics up soon I have them just gotta get to my pc at home.

Hope this helps you. So like i mentioned earlier even after the lowering spring the front still sits high. espilars is a even drop. which sucks and why im gonna switch to coilovers. CPJ LB i posted the grille pics in the other topic.

thanks...I just saw the post on the grille....great work. very easy to do.

too bad about the cops and tinted windows in your area....I find that it is just random if I ever get pulled over for my tints....out of all the cars that I've modded and tinted windows for, only had one experience of a fix it ticket -- "knock on wood"

No problem. Anything I can do to help. After I finish some of my more important mods I'll probably give the darker tint a shot.

ride comfort might become an issue if you're running so low on the tire profile. also if your car is on its stock springs, low profile tires will give you major gap between the fender.

overall nice wheel, how much did you pay and does the TPMS work with the car?

I've had fx wheels on my car since I bought it. Two different sets and I can't complain on the ride quality IMO. I lowered the car early spring of this year and the ride is still fine to me. I might not be extremely picky to realize the difference. But I like the way my car rides. I paid 1100 with the tires it has on them. And the TPMS Work fine which I was happy about. My first set of fx wheels didnt have them and it bothered me. What do u recommend for tire size. From what Im told that's as big of a tire I can get.

whem you're running 20+ there isn't much you can do with tire' 's height. With that said, I'm running stock 18 wheels with nexen 7000 tires at 255/45

Looks good, can you tell me the product number of the spring kit you installed? have a real bad time trying to find springs that will lower the X.

Thanks

Good find. That axel back is the cheapest I've seen I guess your patience has paid off. I wanna grab that axel back but not on top my list rite now. About the coilovers it says rwd. I'd be nervous to take the risk.
