My Sirius subscription is up and I want to change over to XM. Is is possible to switch without any modifications due to XM and Sirius merger? Thank you for your help in advance.

At this point, all you can do is add the Best of XM package to your Sirius subscription. Check out your account at sirius.com to see if your unit is compatible with the unit in your vehicle.

You can't do it without modifications. You have to swap your Sirius tuner for an XM one. It will likely cost you about $200 to make the change.
