Display says to call sirius and none of the stations work.

I thought these cars had lifetime subscriptions? Correct me if I'm wrong. I can't find anything in black or white that says if it's unlimited or not.

Hello,Manok, Sirius or XM could be upgraded at the time of purchase for $399.00 to lifetime. Now it is possible that the previous owner paid their subscription yearly, thus, you would have it for a while. I would call Sirius and give them the transponder number. I would guess that the PO paid once a year and not monthly.Good Luck,M.L

I just had the same thing happen to me with my '06 M35 but couldn't find the number when Sirius asked for it. They told me some steps to do to get the number but they were wrong. I looked in the owner's manual but can't find anything there either. Anyhelp would be appreciated.

Thanks

I had to do the same thing. I tuned to channel 0, found the ID #, and this was all Sirius needed to get me going again.
