when i did my swap i never had an extra ring to put below the shifter so now my shifter can comeout at all times if i pull up on it. where can i get that ring because thats 2 ghetto?

any ring will work. the top snap ring is what holds it in. Which on do you have, the one with the eyelets or the one with the stepped ends?

sorry i dont know! the ring that i have was the one for the bottom but the top ring is missing. the one to secure it from coming out.

Doesnt the Ka shifter interchange? I am pretty sure i used my after market shifter from my old Ka. It has a flange wit 4 bolts tho!

any part store will have snap rings just take a caliper and measure the size you need.
