Who knows, I may change my mind, yet again. But as of right now I want something like this....

t3/t4oe or some HKS unit that I feel is worthy300zx fuel filter (got it already!! heh)Walbro fuel pump or 300zx TT fuel pump370cc injectors (These would probably do just fine for me, seeing as how I won't be boosting much....at first)Some FMIC, who knows whatHKS SSQVDepending on the turbo, I possibly would need an external wastegate, this I would choose later on as needed.Apexi SAFC-II for the tuningAnd an upgraded headgasket sometime, possibly before boost, after boost, i dunno.

Comments please.

Sounds good maybe a wideband. You will run into alot of little stuff too, that you will find out you might need. Start looking for a manifold and find a place to make a custom down pipe. I suggest a rehard or JGS, they seem to be less hassle and on the cheaper side of the spectrum. Nick

Sounds like a good setup. I wouldn't worry about the headgasket though, unless it's already giving you problems or you plan on running high boost in which case you would also want to get injectors larger then 370cc.

Indeed.

Or, I have heard from many that it is pointless going with any setup other than a Greddy kit or equivelant. Emanage and etc. come w/ that kit, thats why. Plus, numerous people have run 250+ whp w/ a greddy kit and haven't been able to blow the KA, even though at least one guy is trying, and has been for about 3 years apparently. Of course when he adds boost he adds fuel. Just goes to show you that if you aren't a complete moron and you have enough sense to add air with fuel and fuel with air, then a KA is a tough motor :)

How can somebody be trying to blow the KA with a Greddy kit for 3 years if they only came out a few months ago?

I'm sure there have been changes, but the kit has been out for a while. Maybe the dude doesn't have the greddy kit, but he has some kit, and the KA wont give.

Ummm, so when they had stuff like "240sx turbo kit coming soon" on their website and ads, they were actually selling them?!? That sounds odd.

Their website just wasn't updated for that long?? The kit has been out since I can remember, or at least since I have had my 240. That has been since late 2001.

I think I am going to save for the Greddy kit. Ebay has some nice buys on those kits including the FMIC for pretty good prices. THe problem is, the emanage is programmed for OBD-II and I am OBD-I. What to do what to do...

I guess the little comment about the emanage having to be reprogrammed for OBD I cars has nothing to do with anything then?

Enlighten me please.

no, it doesnt. the emanage needs to be reprogrammed because it seems like the factory tunes arent that good. its hard to have a general tune for thousands of different cars.

OBDII is only emissions related. that has nothing to do with timing and air/fuel ratio.
