alright below is a list of what i have for my KA-T... im looking for any feedback on what else i should be getting that's NECESSARY (not optional) to run smooth at about 10 psi. so now to the basics...

What I have:-XS Power T3/T3 Turbo-SSAC Front Mount Intercooler-SSAC Exhaust Manifold (getting it rebuilt / re-welded by a buddy)-Tial 38mm Wastegate-HKS ssq blow off valve-Walbro fuel pump-SR Purpletop 370cc injectors-Summit Battery Relocation Kit-A'pexi N1 EVO Spec II Single Exhaust

What I plan on ordering this week:-Enthalpy E-Rom

What I'm not sure about:-Radiator-Clutch

Any feedback regarding what I do NEED is highly appreciated. The clutch I have in right now is stock OEM, but it's been replaced just recently. I have heard mixed reviews about them being able to hold so much and all this and that blah blah but some actual facts would be excellent. Radiator? I was told to get a koyo radiator before doing the install otherwise I'll resort to monsterous overheating.

Anything else I deffinately can't run without? I may have forgotten a few little parts here and there, not really sure.

Your radiator should be fine for now. As for the stock clutch i would just turbo the car and see what happens I made ~260ft/lb of torque and my stock clutch holds great for now. Just be prepared to buy a new one in the near future. (ask florida240sx) Other things you will need include I/C piping, oil return and feed lines(check the sticky),various hoses to reroute vacuum lines and recirculate that BOV and be prepared to make about 50 trips to your local hardware store while you are putting it all together. Take your time and do it right the first time it will save you a ton of headaches. Good luck with it and I think your ride is very clean. (although it has nothing on my hail damaged turd)

You'll need some gauges.. i'd get at least boost, oil temp and oil pressure... maybe a boost controller of some sort, unless your wastegate is set to 10psi... also, spark plugs.. I would get some NGK's that are at least one step colder than stock.. check your wires, distributor cap, and rotor..

If you're not getting a new radiator, i'd invest ($50) in a NISMO thermastat, or something similar.. the nismo opens at 169˚F as opposed to 195˚F stock.. which should keep things a little cooler...

okay i did forget some things, my internet **** out last night almost immediately after i posted this...

i also have:Z32 MAFBoost Gauge Air Fuel Ratio Gauge (gonna get rid of it for an oilpressure) Intercooler Piping

The oil lines and vacuum lines I'm not concerned about because I'm getting everything done at a local shop and they have those and will grab some and put them on when they get everything else mounted so they know which sizes to use and all that. My wastegate has an 8psi spring, I'll use that for now until I crank the $$ to get an EBC. I forgot about spark plugs but I can get those from the shop as well.

Still very back and forth about the stock radiator. If it's going to run I can use it, but I need to be sure. (It's also practically new)

make sure to put a bung and plug in your exhaust and get or borrow a wideband for your initial tune. it could save a lot of agony even if you have to borrow it. im pretty sure a regular a/f gauge doesnt work well , i never could get one to work in a 240 but they are golden on turbo dodges if you want to sell it. your setup should be easy to tune with a z32 maf and an safc2 , it may idle rough but you can get it striaght by messing with idle fuel rate and your ne settings. the wideband would be great to get your car to idle at first too.

i had an apexi safc2. i sold it. instead i got an enthalpy e-rom. it's a brand new ecu tuned to the specifics of your setup that you give them. they told me it comes about 95% tuned, then the rest can be taken to a dyno, or just driven at 95%. i'll probably drive at 95 for awhile and then when i kick some more cash up from the ground, i'll dyno it out.

i say get bigger injectors...............ur gonna be paying for an upgraded ecu that if i recall correctly, he will do up to 800cc injectors. might as well get ur money's worth and get some 550s or 650s as it will be more than enough fuel for u should u decide to change ur turbo later down the road or if the boost bug bites u.

You can go to the parts store and get a 170' at advance for 8bux (after tax), already did. Also, drill a hole in the lip before you install it. That way, if it sticks you aren't up **** creek. Also, he is right about the plugs, BKR6ES-11, don't tell the parts guy what they are for, they will not know. Just tell them that number.

not gonna lie, i have no clue what you just told me to do. hahaha. 170' of what? drill a hole in what lip before installing it? im sorry im a bit new to the install world. (i wont be installing it thankfully) just trying to get the parts done before i go drop off the beast for the setup.

so far i got these as necessary:

BKR6ES-11 or BKR7ES-11 spark plugs. oil temp and pressure gauges.nismo thermostat

the lines and piping is the shops deal. well my money, but they have the parts in stock, so im not worried.

i think he was talkin about the thermostat, and drilling a hole in the lip helps the coolant bypass the thermo, if it fails and stick closed, im doing my KAT also, started sunday and got the oil pan off today, what a PITA.... good luck, post some pics i will soon

there's pics of my car in my cardomain link. NA for now, no suspension and needs bigger wheels as well. it's coming together slowly. i have a HUGE electrical problem to take care of before i turbo first, which pisses me off. check the tech forum and maybe see if you can think of something?

Yes, I was talking thermo. Hell of a lot cheaper than the Nismo.
