Hey just looking for some opinions and what power I should expect to get from this set up.. Im almost done with my shopping list. Any opinions welcome-t3 super sixty(z31) with no shaft play-custom exh. manifold by efpw ind.-custom down pipe by efpw. ind-apex'i S-afc 2-SR 370cc inj.-steel braided oil lines-1g dsm crushed bov-supra side mount mounted kinda like a frount mount-custom IC piping (home depot lol)-3" exhaust

plan on running 7 psi daily then up it as my income increases ARound What kinda power would I be putting out with this setup?? The only other engine mod my car will still have when its turbo'd is a UR ud pulley. Im gonna have to play with my timing a bit I heard it was rule of thumb for .5 for every psi of boost? And what should I set the s-afc on for 370cc injectors?? Any help is appreciated

Ps.. How accurate are G-tech's on horse power?? Like the 130 dollar ones

Don't go to home depot for your piping--you'll regret it--TRUST me--any coupling that isn't made for high pressure/high heat (silicone) can and WILL fail, and WILL leave you stranded.

G-Techs have far too many variables to accurately measure HP--G TECH takes into account the drag of the car--and gives you grossly underrated power. I only had about 130 hp according to g-tech at 7 psi of boost--the KA24DE had that at the wheels, STOCK (just about). They're accurate for everything else, however.

Alright, I already had a better plan for that anyways.. A friend of my dads owns a machine shop and Ill just give him measurements and tell him what I want.. Cuz I can't weld aluminum very well... I was thinking 2.25 for the piping.. Would that be sufficient enough?

And another thing my intercooler is polished and I dont want it to be(its gonna be showing threw the front a little and I hate "flashy appeal") so Im gonna spray it flat black so would I have to look out for anything while doing that?

This has been discussed before so try searching. From what I can recall the consensus was to use a VERY light spray of paint so not to affect the intercooler's heat transfer properties and thus it's efficiency.

as for the silicone hose conenctors...just get radiator hoses and cut to fit... too late for me as i already bought home depot couplings...
