Actually, he paid nothing.

Instead, he was on the receiving end of a "valve job" from his girlfriend Bubba. ;)

Very nice. It is super similar to my plans. I just finally got my hands on those prestigeous S14 SE 5 lug hubs. I got them from Stephens garage sale on Phase 2s website. I am glad I finally found those. The brakes are now the target. Congrats on the parts they look great.

also do you think i can get your part # on that 1/16 master brake cylinder and also where did you get the SS brake lines? Thanks

Got the brake lines from Jeff @ HT.

Got the Clutchline from Taka Motorsports

And the NAPA part number for the master cylinder is: 47-39777

Very nice! You defintely went with some high quality parts.

One question...why did you decide on the aluminum calipers over the later model iron ones, simply an issue of weight? Are you concerned about the reported issues with the aluminum calipers when used on the Z? As I recall, Nissan switched to the iron ones after one model year.

Anyway, I'm green with envy...that's some impressive hardware.

I got the 30MM aluminum because I couldn't get rebuilt Iron ones.

Looks good. I got all that on my car, except the z32 master cylinder, which I am very jealous of :pface I dont have speed bleeders either, heh. I already had 5lug, HA HA

man I couldent beleive the shops on oahu hawaii, they dont even redrill rotors, and gave me the run around.... Ill be getting some from heavy throttle........mainland is so much more advanced than stupid hawaii

eh jorge maybe the shops here dont offer that service so thats probably y the shops dont redrill and maybe thats why theyre givin u the runaround.another thing,dont b calling Hawaii stupid b cuz youre living here also so u must b stupid yourself.i love living here,born and raised.not trying to start something but jus b cuz we arent tuned in to whats going on stateside doesnt mean that we're stupid or anything of a sort.there are other countries that arent as fortunate as our state to have what ammenities we can provide.jus something to think about bro.till later.alojahz

Do you have a drill press or access to a drill press? it should be real easy. Just take the hub and line it up.

no i dont have access to drill press, i see that PDM makes come but way too $$, im just gonna see if a machine shop or performance shop around here will do it.

wow, well Im also born and raised here, I was just frustrated, dident mean that hawaii is that bad, dont take things so serious dude........bu that really opened my eyes that every shop here hasent even heard of things like that, even when I showed them a pic of what I wanted to do.... take it easy...and also stupid aint the worst word to use twards somthing:rolleyes

Yea....i called around about this as well and rebuilt iron calipers are impossible to find.

nah no probs bro.jus from reading it from my viewpoint it looked like u sounded serious thats all.i mean if u read something like that from someone elses post wouldnt u feel the same way too if u loved the state that youre from?but yea i know what u mean.alot of shops here hasnt even heard of things that can b done,im frustrated too.lol.hell this was the car i really wanted and cant really do anything about it yet since the cash flow isnt coming in fast enough.especially when u have to juggle work and school too along with paying bills and such but man i know how u feel dude.anyway keep on it and youll get there.peace bro!
