51 is injector circuit...

Id assume you have a bad harness.....

Could be the harness. The code means that one or more injectors is showing an abnormally high or low resistance. I've seen injectors over 40 ohms that don't throw a code, but if it's completely open it will. A bad harness or injector could cause it. Next step: Ohm the injectors through the harness to determine which injector is giving the fault. If it's one of the injectors accessible with the plenum on, then remove the harness and ohm directly to determine which of the 2 it is. If it's an accessible injector, then you won't have to remove the plenum, but you will pay more for the injector than you would for a harness.

I've tried to ohm the injectors from the connectors but i get odd readings. Maybe im not doing it correclty or maybe its the multimeter since is only cost $10. I tired to ohm them under the 20 selector which is the lowest resistant you can check at... Got readings of 2.4 ohms.

If they're all low like that then either the tool or the method isn't right. Unlikely to have 8 bad injectors with that value, and totally impossible for a bad harness to decrease resistance of the circuit.

Come on guys read the history in this forum.

The injector code comes from an over rich signal at O2 [where the block learn goes beyond +120% for one or more injectors.........a rudimentary misfire code.

Wouldn't that be a leaking injector code (45)?
