I got tired of waiting for the Bride rails I ordered (stupid back order) and I went with the Nagisa Auto rails from Drift Factory. These things are nice. Big ups to DF for having them IN STOCK. They are good people to deal with. Anyway, I got them in today and finished installing them about an hour ago. I had to take one side to a machine shop to have drilled but other than that, they are choice. Check it.

Ok, now I'll be totally honest and say that a seat like this is overkill for a daily driver so no wussies. I'll have to adjust. They are really quite comfortable while driving and you'll want to corner hard just to feel it hold you. You also might want to look into a quick release. When you strengthen one area you will expose other weaknesses. In my case I either need a harness or a S14 belt conversion. Enjoy your friday night.

Damn that thing looks like it is a holding beast. Looks great. I agree about it being overkill, but sometimes that is a good thing.

lol some people are very observant.. :P Looks really nice.. I like what you did with the carpet too, how everything after the seat is just..gone.

I too got tired of waiting on bride rails so i went with the ones you got, my only concern is that the right rail does not lock like the left one. When i take a hard turn, get on it, or make a sudden stop, i can slightly feel my seat move. Im not sure if this is unique to these rails or if all are like that. Anywho, overkill hardcore race seats for daily drivers or bust!!!!

I'm a size 34/36 just depends on the pants and I have some room left in my Sparco Pro2000.

SillyVert I would call the place you got them from, that doesn't sound right to me. Ghost driver, did you need holes drilled so it would match up to the seat or the car? Also does the seat belt just bolt onto the seat rail or what?

its not where i got them from, its the way they were designed. The rails are independent of each other and only the left one locks into place.

Just the rail. The hole on the left rail didn't line up to the hole on the car. These are made for S13, S14 and Skylines so you know the deal. Anyway, I just went to a machine shop and had them duplicate the hole a couple cm above the original. No biggie.
