Or any other lowering springs for that matter.

That's probably how much height they drop, not how high your car will be after.

From the pictures the paint looks good. If you want a slam look, springs won't do it for you. Although S14s can pull it off better with drop springs compared to S13s. I had eibach sportlines on my S14 and the stance was a lot better than when I had eibach sportlines on my hatch.

dont bother with springs man, youll drop it with springs, then the oem shocks will die, then youll want better ones...and so it goes, eventually youll cave and just buy coilovers.
so just buy them now, i recomend PBM's.
as for wheels, there are more 4lug options these days, so you dont need to be 5lug to find decent fitting wheels. 5zigens may be played but they fit awesome with a little spacer.
