Hmmm...well when does it start to get warm? How long does it take? My S13 takes forever and a day to get warm. I've always noticed that the ka is a cold running engine, atleast mine is.

i had the same problem with my s13. When i took the thermostat out, surprisingly, it wasn't open. I figured since i was running cold it was stuck open. I dismissed it and went to Autozone and bought a new thermostat and gasket, replaced it, and now my engine runs at normal temp within a couple minutes at highway speeds : )

(Those are the KA24E numbers, someone with a DE FSM should chime in if they're incorrect for the newer engine.)

Thanks for all the information.K-Car Loser (j/k): my radiator fan comes on as soon as the engine is started up as well..my brother told me the fan shouldn't turn on until a certain tempurature...could that attibute to my heat problem?...i'll check the termostat as you suggested...Thanks for the help Lost_To_A_K-Car...
