my s14 is making a weird nosies

Last night after a meet and few runs my s14 is making a weird noise , not knocking but ticking and loss of power and turns off wont idle.. a friend was telling me my timing chain guides are out, or i need to tighten my chain or it might be a rod knock.. anyone know?

has a hard time starting up now whole motor shakes BAD, and will / wont start at same time.
