Just hand Tighten them. If you really must torque them, then it would probably be near 10-13 ft-lbs of torque. Just give it a nice snug or else you'll cross thread or break the stud.

I have been looking at all the FSMs, The s14 SR FSM says to tighten them to

0.8-1.0 kg-m which is 5.8-7.2 Ft lbs.

The S13 SR japanese FSM Says to tighten them to

1.2-1.5 kg-m which translates to 8.6-10.8 Ft lbs.

I also looked at the FWD SR FSM and it says

0.8-1.0 kg-m as well just like the s14 sr one.

Its weird to me, why would the s13 sr have different specs than the S14 sr and the FWD sr?

Yep that's a HICAS pump. I got like three offers on brackets after posting in the "Wanting To Buy" sections on a couple of the 240SX forums. Try that, you'll get a bite within days.

I just made an account here on Nicoclub because of the endless information. Well i received my sr20det as a block and two large tubs of parts. Soon after i sent the block to the machine shop and put CP pistons, Eagle rods, BC: over sized valves, springs and titanium retainers as well as honed port and polish and a slight bore on the cylinders with ARP hardware all the way around. But all this nothing without knowing where all the parts in the tubs go and their proper to torque specs. finding your write up gave me the know how to complete the build i must have read it more than a hundred times. Now just waiting on a cherry picker to drop her in and all because of this write up. Thanks again!

he hooked up his lines correctly but labeled them incorrectly.

the skiny line is the oil to the turbo.

Chassis specific on the coolant sensors. Buy the sensors for the year car you have.

Thought I had ruined it by hitting a puddle and sucking up some water in my intercooler but I changed the oil and she fires up good as new...I'm not known for having good luck either.

I got that CAS cover off ebay for a couple bucks, they're still on there. The coolant temp sensors are the same on the KA and the SR and no problem dude.

I used that tape on the turbo drain line on the bottom if I remember correctly. I used the washers that came with the lines.

All of the nuts, washers, insulators are the same as a Sentra SE-R with an SR. The studs are also the same except for the center stud. It's particular to the RWD variant and will need to be ordered through someone with access to the Japanese catalog. I thought I had written the p/n for that specific stud down somewhere, but apparently I didn't. I ordered mine through West Covina (thenismoshop.com).

Yeah, West Covina sells the valvecover hardware. I got mine from Bonehead Performance when I had my valvecover powdercoated by them.
