Police still havent found it. Def. in parts by now. Yea I had full coverage on it. Processed the claim the day it got stolen. I know im not i'm going to get even close to what i put in to it. But I guess thats better than nothing at all. Pretty depressed about it. But, I feel everything happens for a reason. The little money that i get from insurance will help pay off a lot of debt. So my wife and I can finally get a house... with a garage.

So the next build will be at home and not back and forth to my parents. I think when I start up a new build, it'll be with an s14. :werd:

well make it an s14 with an rb25 and a skyline r33 front end.. and at least you have the sti still..

I'm sorry man such a bad ending to a really clean build thread. From the looks of it, you live on the west coast. Thefts galore out there imo, but here too heh.
The G is so much uglier than the perfectly replicated sil coupe. :( Inspiring me to get a lojack too lol. Do they have yearly fees associated w/ em?

Well, I'm the second owner of it. Planning on getting rid of those hideous stern's (imo just not my taste). I've already dropped in on tanabe springs. Gialla replica grille, lip and factory splash gaurds. For now

Lol, I dont think it looks that bad. But yes, my Sil coupe was quite the looker. Nope, no yearly fee's. Just one time cost which includes install. THey have different packages. One with their own antitheft alarm deal where you can get a text or email if your car has moved after arming. and one just for the tracking. I just wish they gave you a decal or something so it may make them think twice before actually stealing it.

Wow that really sucks. It makes me not want to take mine out of my buddies garage until I get a anti-theft system. Congrats on moving on, but the coupe was very nice.

Heh sorry man I didn't mean to hate. I like the G's and the Z's, they're just on different levels of the spectrum. Square-y vs smooth-y. Blue on gold vs silver on silver. Well, I should give u some time to see what you'll do w/ the G :P
Good luck, it seems you've taken the bad news very well. I would be a mess for weeks... months..

Hey guys, just wanted to say thanks to everyone that kept up with this build. Its been over a year since this things got stolen and absolutely no word on it. Ive already started another build with another s13 coupe. And still have the G as well. This one will sit in my parents garage until we get our house at the end of this year. But keep an eye out for my build thread :D
for now here is a teaser of my current "Frankenstein"

Started from this... (and for those who dont remember, this is actually my sisters car that i recently took over)

Hey man, I'm curious how you ran the water lines? They say you need to run bigger ones or whatever.

Can you just bolt the stock lines/banjo bolts to it?

Holy crap I need your expertise. This is my first engine swap and I'm pretty much doing it by myself with little knowledge of mechanics in general and I have a 1990 nissan 240sx with the JDM Silvia front end and I've already pulled the KA24DE (it was already swapped in) and my bro gave me a RB20DET to swap in because he's got a '93 that he's swapping in a RB26DETT, but he's away and can't work on it for at least 6 months... I just need someone who knows what they are doing haha.

Hate to bring back my old build thread but I thought I'd let everyone that's interested in another entertaining, fun filled build. This time with a bit more purpose ;) I received so much help and appreciation from this site! Follow my new rb25 s13 drift build, along side my r32 skyline and other great content. Drift days, installs etc.
