WELL, I just moved to Savannah and thought the drivers were crazy/dumb enough as it was, but now i'm a little weary of the roads here for sure .

Was on my way to look at a 200sx to use as a drive-to-work vehicle. Sitting at a red light, it turns green and I let off the brake. I look in my rearview to see a white toyota echo bombing towards me, she slams on her brakes and skids and slams into me (I was going a whole 2 mph at that point).

She hits me pretty hard, I'm pissed and my wife's neck is hurting..Got out to look at the damage. My nissan took it pretty well, more things keep popping up that are affected, but her car got fugged up...no pics of her damage (camera was at the apt).

My trunk doesn't feel right opening or shutting now. Also have a shimmy in the rear end at low speeds. And to top it off, my driver door is sagging now so it doesn't shut smoothly....GRRRR, pisses me off so bad.

It was an old lady, when I got out of my car all she kept saying was "I tried to stop but it wouldn't stop".

I woulda thrown her in the trunk, driven her out into the country, and put her out to pasture.

Little more damage there internally than that.If you are having problems with door and trunk then i bet the rear innerstructure got buckled fairly well.Time for frame shop.

Sorry to hear about your coupe bro. I live about an hour and a half away from savannah here is statesboro. My buddy just got rear ended in his Jetta down here and his insurance company totaled it. If you ever need help working on the coupe, hit me up. I can't stand horrible drivers either.

sorry to say this... but youve got some frame damage my friend. if youre going through an insurance company (i would assume so) to fix the damage they might end up totaling the car out. frame repair is expensive. take out your spare, and look at the trunk floor, and rear panel. i bet the rear panel needs to be replaced, and the right frame rail has a kink and/or bend in it somewhere back there by the right rear tire. florida sucks bro.

The cop issued the old lady a ticket, I only walked away with a case info slip We called our insurance so that they'll expect a report but the cop said the report won't be finished till thursday. As for my wife and I, we went to the ER just to get checked out and all is well, they just told my wife that she'll be sore in the neck for a few days.

Might go pick up the 200sx, but if they total my car, i'll miss the 240

i know that he said savannah, and i do know that there is a savannah in georgia (ive been there). his plates are FL issued, and his info says that he lives in florida. fucck, for all i know there could be a savannah in florida... lol

doesnt savannah have the big paper factory that smells like shlt every time you drive through there?? if not, where at in georgia is that place so i know not to drive through there again LMAO.

if i were you i wouldve complained of major back pains (docs cant tell a real back pain from a fake one). sue the dumb b****, get some cheddar on the side, and save up for something really nice. oh, dont forget the lettuce....

time will tell, the police report will be filed/released (whatever) tomorrow, so thats when i'll start expecting ins. companies to start talking to each other, hopefully.. if they total it, i'll probably just be scooting around in the 200sx, and looking for another vehicle for my wife to drive..

that sucks man. at least it was an echo and not an f250 or something. i absolutely hate old people driving. call me ignorant, whatever. 99% of the times ive almost been smoked by someone else at an interesction or merging somewhere its some 90 year old hag trying to look through her steering wheel while adjusting her tri-focals.

there should be a law that once you reach a certain age you have to retake your drivers test. NONE of them would pass
