my s13 dies on me every morning after warm up

sup i have a 93 240sx and a 95 but my 93 it giving me problems every morning after i leave to work it dies on me whenever i come to a complete STOP, recently its also had trouble shiftin outta 1st gear its an auto transmission and it sucks.whenever i make a coplete stop the whole car shakes then it dies on me

This is a common problem. Start with the basics like checking your vacuum lines for leaks/tears. Check your MAF sensor. I had this problem awhile ago and this cleared it up for me.

also check temperature and other senders, electrical connections. that might be the problem.
