Ok so my S-afc II was working beautifully with my Big28 and 550cc injectors. I was able to boost smoothly, the car idled great, everything was good.

My settings basically were at -28 across the board for both high and low throttle, with low throttle low rpm being a little richer like -20. Not really tuned yet, but like I said it ran great.

I have a wideband o2 and I noticed I was running a little rich at full boost around 10:1-10.5:1 and I was running a little lean at idle around 18:1, so I was messing with my maps while sitting in traffic yesterday and now all of a sudden everything is totally FUBAR. In order to keep from stalling I have my low throttle idle 1000rpm set at like -6, I have my hi throttle map set at -37 across the board and at wot under boost I'm still running way rich.

I reset the afc this morning, set up my mafs, set my maps back to where they were around -28, etc... and I'm having the same problem. Any one have any idea what the hell could have happend or what I should try?

I am using an AEM EMS on my SR, so the numbers you are spitting out dont mean much. BUt, maybe I can help....Yes, 10 is a little rich at WOT, in fact very rich, I would shoot for about 11.5 or so, that is what I am running at WOT. At idle, I found the SR likes it around 12.5:1. 18 is WAY lean. I hope you are not on the verge of damaging anything because of maltuning.I am not saying that my car is tuned perfectly (yet), but it NEVER goes above about 13.5:1, no matter what the throttle position or engine load is. I am very happy with the way my car drives, and will have it on a dyno soon. You probably fouled your plugs when you were messing with your maps. Take them out, clean them with a solvent and wire brush, blow dry with air and reinstall them. I have done this a few times.....Oh yeah, and add some fuel at idle, good luck, post a followup.

I took my plugs out today clean them up real good with this little sparkplug sandblaster tool I have. Then cleaned them off real well. Put them back in, reset the afc again and put in my baseline map that I was using before and now it works perfectly. I currently have my hi throttle map at -28 across the board and I barely drop below 11:1 and with my idle set at -4, I idle around 15:1. I need to get on a dyno or have someone sit shotgun and mess with my fuel map, but it pretty good right now.
