my right front tire its hitting the car's frame

when i turn to my right the car makes this really loud noise, i have brand new tie rods, when i look under the car i could see, rub marks in the inside part of the tire and the frame of the car, i have a 92 S13, and i wanted to know if i need TC rods or bushings or what can cause this. thatnks

are the wheels stock?

when is the last time you had an alignment done

did you get the toe set properly after you put the tie rods on. should be 1 to 3 mm toed in and the steering wheel should be centered.
