Hey everyone.

for those of you NOT stalking me, you probably didnt hear about my car overheating problems or my broken permacool fan, or the big fat hole in my old radiator.

Thats ok, its not important anyway.

What you do need to know is that when I finally got tired of fixing my car the cheap way, I whippedout my credit card and went over to Phase2motortrend.com (one of NICO's sponsors, btw)

I ordered a stack of stuff, 2 of those items are backordered, but i hardly blame phase2 for that.

when the first of my items arrived I found that my Greddy radiaotr had been cosmeticaly damaged in shipping. I called up wayne, and without hesitation he told me to photograph the damage, pack it back up and that he would have UPS pick it up from my home whenever was good for me.

After i Email the pictures to him, he noticed that the damage was most likely not enought to cause a leak. He called ME back to tell me that if i wanted to test the radiator for leaks, I could keep it for a $ amount off the price -or- I could (of course) still return it for an exchange.

I opted to keep the radiator as is.

I know this is a long post, but i just think that this goes to show that phase2 is a company that you want to be doing business with.

yeah, phase2 has been great for me too, along with heavythrottle. Those 2 stores in my mind are the greatest resource for parts and service.

It's good to have the postive feedback posts instead of all negative "Company X screwed me and they suck" threads. If I had money, I might buy stuff from P2M. :)

Wayne owns.

And Jeff/Yury own too. I've ordered a couple grand worth of stuff from them and had to RMA a couple things. They did it without a second thought. Always nice to deal with them.

shenanigans is a serious accussation, you better mean it or you could go to jail for falsely declaring shenanigans.

Yeah I have to praise Phase 2 as well. Everything I have gotten from them has been top notch and I got it all right away. I only wished I lived on the East or West coast so I could have Phase 2 or Heavy Throttle help me out with my wiring woes.
