I have a 90 2+2 n/a and my rear right wheel is wobbling while I'm driving and my tire squeals while my car is moving. I think it might be the bearing but i am not certain, i have replace the upper and lower rear control arms with adjustable ones and have coilovers as well. Im not even sure if it could be the alignment because it hasent been aligned at all. please help..

Definitely sounds like a wheel bearing. When you jack the car up, can you wobble the wheel? If so, you're wheel bearing is bad. You're probably destroying the tire too.

Figure about $130 for the part, another $150ish to put it in.

I doubt you'd need a press. Most hubs are sealed separate units, although I'm not sure on the Z. You can look into it via the factory service manual at http://www.nicoclub.com/FSM/
