my series 2 rb25det with a greddy intake manifold an q45tb idles all f'd up. the car idles at about 1200 rpm and then hicups every now and then but the big problem is that when its idleing at about 12oo rpm it will start to rev on its own until about 2500 rpm then it quits and revs beck at 1200 rpm again it does this all the timne? almost like im steadily pushing the pedal down until 2500 rpm then letting off ??? any ideas on what this may be? im thinking my q45 tb is wired wrong but i cant find anything on the net about how to wire a q45 tb to a series 2 rb25? or could it be my tps???

please help me i need to get this car going?

what about the air ideal control? That could also cause the problem

1. Check for vaccuum leaks. 2. Check for boost leaks.3. Check your MAF hookup (especially the grounding wire)4. Make sure your TPS is set properly (look at your butterfly valve on the TB)5. Clean your IACV (Idle air control valve) theres threads about it.6. Check the position of your TPS at Idle (butterfly valve)7. Make sure your throttle cable isn't too tight.

Thats a kinda random order list of stuff to check. Theres other stuff like high fuel pressure, might be an idle setting on the RB ECU (don't know for sure and I dont feel like walking to my garage).
