I finally got to get my car on a track. It was a really fun event put on by the local RX7 club and I know quite a few of the members so I got to go too.

I'm pretty much completely new to driving on a track so don't beat me up too much.

1st session "Intermediate". Nice Cobra replica.http://video.google.com/videop...56654

2nd session "Advanced". The pace was so different, I was caught off guard.http://video.google.com/videop...91468

Hot Lap session 1:Eric from Harris Hill driving my 240SX and giving me feedback on my setup.http://video.google.com/videop...52931

Hot Lap session 2:I am now driving my 240sx with Eric from Harris Hill instructing me around the course.http://video.google.com/videop...29409

Enjoy!

Car stayed very cool

Koyo racing radiator, one 12" Flexalite fan pusher on drivers side, one 10" puller on passenger side. Radiator and FAL fan were from SPLParts. Other fan is from Advance.

Outside temp was about 87F.

Coil-overs are KTS. I also have the RUCAs, strengthened tie rods and tie rod ends, solid tension rods, rear sub-frame spacer collars top and bottom. All from SPLParts.

Running 17x8 +25 Fuzion ZRI 235/40-17 on the front and 17x9 + 35 Bridgestone Potenza re750 on the rear. 300zx brakes up front stock in the rear. Hawk HPS pads, Blue Racing brake fluid, and stainless lines with teflon coating. Same style line for the clutch line.

Suspension was cornerbalanced and aligned at Soulspeed in Austin.

In addition I am running a RPS Max Street clutch for a NA 300ZX and an Exedy lightened flywheel.550cc rx7 injectors, z32mafs, z32 TT fuel pump, nismo fpr, rom tune, Apexi b&p FMIC, hks gt2530 turbo, blitz sbc electronic boost controller at 15.6psi, split dump pipe, 3" down pipe, 3" high flow cat, and 2.5" cat back. Stock lsd, super hicas is functional. Full interior and a full size spare in the hatch.

I think that covers everything lol.

Have you dyno'd yet? Interested to hear about how the power band is with the GT2530...

Mech speedo

I think I tossed it a long time ago, the cable was cut and it wasn't in very good shape. Otherwise I would have kept it in case I did a r32 cluster.

I just got an engine set, not a half cut.
