I ran this on Sunday. i ended up leaning the engine out some. In the beginning it was running off the chart on the rich side (better safe than sorry). I have no boost controller, but i'm running about 12-13lbs. I have:

Looks like you were tuning for 13:1 ? That seems a tad lean, I would think 12.5 or 12:1 would be safer?

Numbers seem pretty good, I'd be curious to see how accurate your boost gauge is.

My RB25 made 230 WHP with 10 psi of boost and 3" turboback exhaust. Everything else stock. So I think your #'s are about right for what you have done.

well...actually my boost leaked down durring the run. After i hit max psi it creeped down to about 8 or 9 lbs. So i basically lost 4 lbs by the time i hit 7500. And the gauge is Blitz id. I think it has to do with the stock bpv, but i heard they are really good. So i'm going back through and checking my new intercooler piping, and then i'm switch to a blitz dd bov.

It might just have to do with the fact that i maxed the turbo out and the engine is pushing i ton of air through, and the turbo isn't keeping up...though thats a wild guess, with no basis whatsoever.

i was tuning for 12.5 We re-tuned again after those runs to get the ratio closer to 12.5 in the mid rpm range.

pretty good numbers it looks to me. The torque seems nice. i'd do a little more tuning and perhaps work on getting your boost probelms straightened out..

Do yo have a boost trace also (ie when it makes boost etc?Up to 5-6psi whent he boost is coming on you can run 13:1On a RB20 12.5:1 is as far as I'd go.. 12.3:1 makes good power.Timing is the key though.

Imissmyturbo: You should be making more ponies.. is it 10psi boost still at peak power or is it dropping?

It hold 10 psi to redline. Now when I did those dyno runs I didn't have a tach. My ECU that came with my clip wouldn't putout a tach signal so I replaced it with another and the car does feel a bit stronger then before so I think I am maybee making 240WHP. The car went 13.8 @ 104 with a 2.1 60ft.
