MY RB20 IS COMPLETED BUT RUNNING LIKE AN OLD MAN....NEED HELP ON A FEW PROBLEM

I finally finished up my rb20 automatic. Cranked up everytime on first try. engine sounded very smooth and everything but here are the problems: (1st) I can't go WOT since i hadn't wired up the (yellow/red) wire pin#56 throttle sensor output signal because i don't had any idea where does it hook up to...please help. (2nd) on the TPS sensor there are 3 wires....i need to know where do the GREEN wire and the GREEN/BLACK wire hook up to....should it connect to the sensor ground(throttle sen. Eng temp)....(3rd), i hadn't hook up the A/T control input signal since i am having a very hard time trying to figured out where does it hook up to....i took the car out for a test drive today and it ran like an old-man!!! the gear just stayed in first...and i can't go over 3500rpm...everytime i tried to go over the 3500rpm it just jerk and feel like the fuel want to cut off. Any idea what is the problems with my car. PLEASE HELP. THANKS.

Thanks. I found out why my car doesn't go past 3500rpm....turned out it was the MAF sensor. I had to rewired the negative wire and now she is very smooth. But i still had the problem with the O/D . It shift into 2nd but i think it still won't go into 3rd...and it so slow....it feel like my e-brake is still on while i am driving.

If it is stuck in 2nd that is limp mode. 300zx does the same thing. It could be a short somewhere or a bad solenoid.

You know what. I am thinking it might be a bad solenoid....but then again i am not so sure since i don't think i completely hook up the engine A/T control signal correctly. I mean the turbo went crazy and my rpm rev up high all the way to red-line and i think i can go past red-line but the car seen like it not pulling hard at all. It feel like i lack of power. and one thing that i noticed is that when i stop and then stomp on the gas hard there was no wheel spinning or power behind it....guess it might the timing is off a little or it might be i am running on 4 cylinders instead of all 6 cylinders. Damn!!! putting the motor in isn't hard at all but trying to figure out all the wiring on an automatic and trying to make it run right is pain in the a$$.
