my rant for my sunday project gone wrong.

so i went to the store and got some paint and sandpaper for my engine cover. i want to paint it blue. i got home and opened up the hood and there was oil all over my engine cover and one of the bolts is completly stripped and rounded all the way out. i took it to the stealership yesterday and they changed my oil and rotated my tires.

so i went back out to go get a screw remover where you drill out the screw and put the tap in and screw it out...... and that broke off inside the bolt. im sooooo pised right now.

what should i do ? i could go to the stealership and tell that what they did but they would just deny it and say that they didnt have any reason to be under there..... but the screw wasnt stripped last weekend...

theres my rant, please give me advice.

Definatly take it to the dealership and tell them to fix it if they don't you can always call Nissan USA that will probally put a little pep in there step.

This is probally the best route cause if they caused it they have to fix it.

Just contact them in a peaceful demeanor. Ask to speek to the service manager and explain what you were doing and what you found under your hood.

Tell them that you aren't angry about the situation, you'd just like them to remedy is expediently so that you can go back to enjoying your vehicle pre "accident".

ok so i got the situation taken care of... and they got the parts on order for me. but i got my engine cover off toaday and got it painted will post pics off the car soon i cant put it on until thursday....
