So I cranked the car to see if there was and more air bubbles in the system. There was none. I noticed a few things once the car was fully warm (heat running) 1. The bottom hose was cold 2. The top hose was hot! The side of the tank where the bleeder plug was hot but the other side was cold and the mid area of the rad was cool. The coolant was hot. I cranked up again and the tank became warmer but the bottom line was still cool. Guys tell me what you think.

Thermostat not opening properly or at all. When was the last time this has been replaced or even the water pump?

tstat is good tested the old and the new one and they both popped at the same time in the pot test. I took the WP out and check and took it to mechanic for a second opinion and was told it was good. I am thinking rad might be failing. Car will go hot while driving at higher speeds but will cool down at lower speeds and at idle. Crazy I know

Go to a rad shop and have them heat test the radiator, they will let you know right away what it is. I had the same issue with my rx-7, highway speeds heated up kinda on the high side, but city driving had no issues. Ended up being radiator.

Maybe worth a shot, but I had sporadic overheats as well mostly on hot days but also at highway speeds before a waterpump/t-belt/radiator replacement.
Still had the occasional overheat until I replaced the bum exhaust system and especially the cats, which had not been replaced previously. This also dropped cabin temps on hot days dramatically, especially at the shifter/console.
If you also feel a lot of heat at the console/shifter I'd suspect plugged/bad cats...
