Well...... I need some opinions.......

I might get some chromes from heath, so I had a guy from cadillacforums (no one here on NICO would help me) put the rims on and put a little tint.....

Let me know what you think.......

Sorry for the bad picture quality.......

Looks cool. I wondered how mine would look with the shiny pie pans, there's a place near here that does polishing cheap. Might be tempted this winter, if I don't buy some 5 spokes ala 300zx. -Squee

Tint is nice, but I'm not sure about the chrome. I've got a black onm black 94 with alloy rims and tint.

Just one Q owners opinion.

A matter of your personal preference. I myself like the look of chrome wheels on a car. It'd look particularly nice with the color of your car. Just my opinion!

p.s.Thanks for the info on fuel pump & injector replacement!

I had chrome on my car for quite a while. The center caps didn't stay nice and match the wheel, as they are plastic. The wheels themselves started to rust and peel in some of the nooks and crannies.

If you're speaking of the 20 slot 16" let me know when you grow weary of them.

Understood, just not fond of the chrome look on the car "as pictured". Maybe the real thing looks/will look better. If you like it, go for it.

I didn't realize the BBS Q rims came in 16's? I thought they were only 15's and someone has a set for sale, I'm looking to pick up for snow tires on for this winter.

Nope - BBS Q rims were 15", and 15" ONLY.

There was a clean set of 20-spoke 16's on ebay the other day....

p.s. Skip the pie pans. You want 16's so you have access to more performance tire options.

BBS rims 15" only. There are 16" stockers all over Ebay right now. And they have a nice chrome look to them. Also a really pretty set of what look like perfect 15" BBS. Stay away from the pie pans chromed. More money, chrome won't last, go up at least to 16 for the money or get some nice used BBS 15's. Don't like the tint either, with the age of our cars, they look great stock because of the classic style, but stray too far like 19-20" wheels and deep tint and chrome wheel lips and it starts to look bling bling. No hurt meant.

Actually these chromed pie pans have held up nicely for 13+ years... and I'm not just saying that because I'd like more room in my garage!

The pie pans look clean. Kinda like the Corvette wheels in the 80's.

I saw a set of chrome ones with gold center caps on eBay. UGLY!

I sold mine for $50.00, and they were just fine (not chrome). I liked the look, but wanted to go to 17" wheels. I don't ahve room for spare wheels, either.

The 16" wheels might be a better wheel, though. The 17" ride a little rougher.

My next set, will be the polished aluminum M45 wheels. (I know they are 18", but they look sweet!)
