its only started to do this when it got hot out, like when it gets 90 degrees out my temp gauge creeps up so then i have to turn the heater on, and it is not fun to drive in 90 to 95 degree weather with the heat on i was thinking to get my radiator roted out but wanted to see what you guys think.

thanks

ps and when it hits 80 degrees out or lower its fine, its weird lol

My car started doing the same thing, ran fine all year, it never overheats on 30-40 min of intown driving/idling/traffic.

But as soon as I get it out on the highway and hold a steady 125 @ 2700rpm for 20+min the needle starts to creep. I flushed my coolant, didnt help, changed rad cap and thermostat, didnt work. So Im probly gonna pick up a rad before summers over if I can find a cheap replacement on ebay, there less than $200

Flush your coolant and rad real well, change the rad cap possibly. See if it does anything, cheap and easy DIY

Stupid question but did you check your coolant level?

That sounds like a flow restriction issue like a clog or a bad thermostat. obviously neither tho if you flushed and changed both thermostats. Have you checked/replaced the water pump?

Havent checked the water pump "myself" when I got my a/c recharged at my buddies shop 2 weeks ago I asked him to see if he noticed anything with my pump/rad, he said visiaully they looked fine, but I know he didnt pull it off obviously. My rad is pretty beat and tatterred though, and 8 years old. So I'll try that next I guess, hoping its just not flowing right, I found some on eGay local for pretty cheap

I dont think OP has tried any of the above yet though
