 Well Here I am on the very edge of North Carolina getting ready for Alex. Right now it's a Tropical Storm, but we are being told it will strengthen to a Cat 1 Hurricane by morning. I've been through about 10 Hurricanes but not with a Q45A. We tend to flood here and get tons of downed trees.  I've got stuff coming from Joe and my car better be OK when those parts and stuff get here!! If not, I want a hurricane discount on your car Wes.

We are used to Hurricanes here, but come on it's only Aug 2nd and this is the very first storm, a very omnicent sign of things to come.

I also Lost my first race to a 91 Oldsmobile the other day. The Guy owns a specialty shop and dusted me. Ohh well, I guess I had to get dusted sooner or later.

Hey Red.....I was wondering what happened to you and the Q as I have not seen you post in a while. Sorry to hear about the hurricane....don't know what you are experiencing :D

Well if your lost makes you feel any better I gave my friend a surprise this morning in his 2001 Mustang GT that is nicely modded and use to whip my a$$ all over....we went at it from 70mph all the way to 140....and I pulled on him all the way...not by much but still edge out about 4 solid car lengths in the end, but it was close until about 110mph

I've been working like a dog to get an extra $1000 together to spend on the Q and now I've got it I've started ordering my parts. I have been busy with alot of other stuff and have only really read a thread or two before I have had to get busy studying or something. I've been given a more lofty position at work which requires much time.

The guy with the Olds blew of the line and it was over that fast! I haven't heard such a high pitched scream before like what was coming from his car. He smoked his tires for about 5 seconds before the light turned green and it was see you later. funny thing was his car looked like crap.

Jesda, do you know where I can get wind and rain gaurds for the drivers side and Passanger side doors? You know, like the sun roof's wind shield? I can't find any for the Q.

Q45 are such a tease.

Noticed the new LS430 is limited to 130 mph.

130mph? Sheesh. Makes me wonder about the choice of tire.

The only thing I could ever find was a clearbra layer to prevent chips in the paint. Otherwise, I'm stumped.

You got beat by a 91 oldsmobile what. These Q's definately really fly when you use the manual shift.

I already beat a 2004 deville, 2002 acura tl, 1997 bmw 530, bmw 3 series

Well the Hurricane came and went with no damage. What a whimp of a storm.

I want to be able to open the window if it's only drizzling and not have the stream of water coming off the windshield come in the car. Most other vehicles you can find a shield that will stop that from happening, but I can't find anything like that for the Q.

Just an old modified 91. He had some horses because that's the very first time anyone has taken me down. And I mean he had me from the start. After getting to about 45 mph he couldn't stretch his lead, but I couldn't catch up either. After reaching around 100 I called it quits and let him have it. It was modified because of the nasty high pitch sound coming from it, but I didn't talk to the guy and couldn't find out what he had done to it. I do know he owns a specialty shop for moding out Motorcycles and other stuff.

I've taken down a few good ones, including the new Q and this nasty bat mobile stuck it to me by flying off the line and my first gen Q just couldn't get it going quick enough.
