My Q wanted to go to the beach so we went. It's lowered, but the rear end sticks up just slightly.

I've noticed other lowered Q's that look totally level, but mine isn't.

What method did you use to lower? CA Custom or something else? I myself prefer the slightly higher rear end. I think it gives the Q a more athletic stance. Overall looks great!

Cali Custom and I didn't do anything special to it. It sat higher in the rear end ever since I converted the Q from the active suspension. I love it raised ever so slightly as it is. Can't wait to get the 18' wheels on the rear!

looks good Red. btw, your mv is working good--just wish i could get the last instability out of the system (close, but something is still off).when my active was in 'bypass' mode, the rear sat higher to give that 'rake' Tom soaw it. but now, with the system operational, the front is about an inch higher than the rear.....

hey what 18's are you gonna run? The bbs sure look nice, i just wish they were 17's (more tire choices) than 15's....

With active you just adjust the ride height at each corner any way you want it within reason [+- 0.5"] ...........follow proceedure in FSM.........to adjust height sensor feedback.

Wow Red. The car looks great! It's refreshing to see a G50 that is well taken care of. Where did you end up taking the car...Myrtle, Atlantic, or Sunset Beach? Looks good. The BBSs look awesome compared to the piepans. Once you put the 18s on, it will look unbelievable because of the lowering springs. Good Work! -EQwhipD

I have some 17 inch O.Z. wheels for the front and they will be wearing some 245-45wr17 Pirelli PZero M+S's. For the 18 inch O.Z. wheels in the rear I'll have 245-40wr18 Pirelli PZero M+S's.

I've had all kinds of problems finding someone to powder coat the wheels for me within a 150 mile radius and no one will do it. Then I figured I'd have them chromed and I ran into the same problem, so I'll be painting them myself. They'll be two toned Black and sliver.

p.s. Use your FSM to check your height sensors. It wasn't that difficult when I did mine way back when. Needed some equipment was all(I think). I think parts of my old Active system are on 5 different NICO Q's.

The above pics of my car were taken with a camera phone so they're not perfect. I'll get some better pics(with a real camera) of the peeling paint and new seats later this week sometime.

Pics were taken at Atlantic Beach. The BBS rims will be up for sale when I finish painting and clear coating the O.Z. wheels and buy the Pirelli's. The BBS wheels will have the tires on them, two will need replacing and two have Pirelli PS4000's which still have many miles left on them.

The car is in good shape, but you can't see the clear coat and paint peeling off above the drivers side door and around the sunroof. I had plans of having all this done by now, but I've been in and out of the country looking for work. I've decided to stay here, so I'm back to working on the Q.
