The GT concept rear is made of fiberglass, not duraflex. I'm assuming that the rest of the bodykit is made of the same material.MikeisSUPERBAD wrote:loop so far what do u think of the quality/strength of the ED body kit?i went to Ed's site and saw there video on there advanced duraflex fiberglass materials ... are they really that flexible ??? did the body shop have any majore issues fitting, painting or installing the kit???

If ED and/or Rotora need a sedan I'm willing to let them borrow mineLoop wrote:The design probably not, nut sure as I haven't seen the renderings. I know its on their future plan to make a kit for the sedans.
I should be there, it depends when the shop finishes my car.rjdmmfl1 wrote:Loop, you coming to the Dec 13th BBQ?
Yes, the shop didn't have time to do all the minor stuff on my car for SEMA. So were going to do it soon since we have the time now and as well more carbon fiber parts.RobPaulson wrote:are u going to paint/vinyl the stache?
The quality of the kit is great. I am amazed how much flexibility it has. I wouldn't know about Stillen's products since I have never had one.Northernstar wrote:nice ride!! this is how I want my car too look like btw, what do you think of the quality of the ED body kit?? compared to Stillen?? thnx~
Thanks for your opinion. I will most likely do this in the future.headhunt3r wrote:If you wanted an opinion, I'd paint the trunk black, would probably make the back seem less busy. But of course, this would be at the cost of not showing off that CF.
We will see when I get the new GReddy SE exhaust when it comes out.milkacaduke wrote:sick sick sick although i think rear bumper goes better with straight-pipe exhausts.but thats just me. ur car makes me proud to drive an A/C
The fenders are on. Its just hard to get a nice picture of a black car.Italianbulldog85 wrote:i gues the fenders were a no go though?
Thanks. The headlights will be done in the feature. The springs were just installed the day before SEMA. So it never had the chance to settle in. Coilovers will come in time when its available. One Crazy Max wrote:wow, your car came out really nice, although i wouldve also had the insides of your headlights blacked out, that wouldve really set the car off and give it that angry tone.
but overall it looks good, i like it. one more thing, and i know youve said that it will come in time, but the back needs to be lower, along with the rest of the car.
The durability is great and it really is that flexible. No major issues with fitment. You will need to prep the kit before you paint.MikeisSUPERBAD wrote:loop so far what do u think of the quality/strength of the ED body kit?i went to Ed's site and saw there video on there advanced duraflex fiberglass materials ... are they really that flexible ??? did the body shop have any majore issues fitting, painting or installing the kit???
Duraflex is the brand and is made out of fiberglass, flex resins, and plastic. Which gives that great durability and flexibility.dangeris wrote:The GT concept rear is made of fiberglass, not duraflex. I'm assuming that the rest of the bodykit is made of the same material.
Email me for the high res photo.maxentropy wrote:When you get a breath or two, can you post some more pictures of the side fenders?
Extreme Dimensions wrote:Hey everyone,
This is Geoff from Extreme Dimensions. I am the Marketing & Sponsorship Coordinator with the company. I am pleased to see so many positive comments about Vincent's car. The car is just stunning in person. I've seen this car from beginning to end, and it's still hard to believe how far it has come in the past number of months. Vincent really took a great body kit, and completed the look with the rest of his parts. He did a great job in staying firm with what he wanted, and made me shop for nothing less.
I dont want to jack the thread, but I did want to inform you all that there will be a GB on all of the parts that we offer that you see on Vincent's car. Feel free to PM the normal rep. (Thomas) for more info.
Vincent, thank you again very much for letting us tear into your car so much. You have been a great sponsorship customer. Let's hurry up with the rest of our plans already and get you some magazine coverage!
Thank you very much. I will make sure Thomas works with you directly so that we can get this ball rolling.LongBeachCoupe wrote:Ill make sure the GB gets setup in the right section to gain maximum coverage!
