...So I went to the dealer and they found 1 quart of oil was missing and that the tubing was full of air. no leeks to be found. they suspect the problem was at factory level.

Now this explains the odd driving conditions I was experiencing when driving over heavy trafic roads and when making sharp turns. I felt like I was loosing control. I had a G35x as a replacement and it was great to drive. The engine roaring noise was awesome and the drive on all road conditions was impeccable.

My EX35 is now behaving beautifully on all road conditions.
