My poor baby!

So i was drivng today and came across a DPW truck picking up leaves in my lane. i was going to go around him but there was a car in the oncoming lane, so i had to wait. all of a sudden the digger truck directly infront of me flored it in reverse. keep in mind my father was driving behind me and there was a car infront of him so i was blocked it. i felt like the truck was going to run me over so i had no other choice but to back up into my dad becasie the a$$ in the truck didnt hear my nor my fathers horn so i have a 3 inch gash in my rear bumper from my dads tow hook and figures his car is ok! im fighing the town to make them pay for unsafe work areas or something like that, ill have pics up later today.
